Dr. Stanley Z. Trooskin is a Professor of Surgery and Chief of General Surgery at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Chief of the Surgery Service and Chief of the General Surgery Division at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Trooskin is board certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery and has a large surgical practice devoted to endocrine surgery. He participates in local, regional, and national specialty societies. Dr. Trooskin is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
After receiving his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine in Pennsylvania, Dr. Trooskin completed an internship and residency in surgery at New York University/Bellevue Medical Center in New York, New York.
Dr. Trooskin is member of the Society of University Surgeons, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and numerous other professional organizations.
Dr. Trooskin is the Director of the Endocrine Surgery Program at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has special clinical and research interests in thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroid disease, parathyroid adenomas, and minimally invasive approaches to thyroid and parathyroid disease.
Andrew H. Boyarsky, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Andrew H. Boyarsky is an Associate Professor of Surgery at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a surgeon at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
After receiving his medical degree from UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey, Dr. Boyarsky completed a general surgery residency at UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He then completed a fellowship in surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Boyarsky is board certified in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Trauma Society, and the Association of Program Directors in Surgery. He was listed as one of “The Top Doctors in America” in 2004.
Dr. Boyarsky is the Surgical Director of the Center for Innovations in Bloodless Surgery and Medicine, and a member of the UMDNJ/RWJMS programs for Endocrine Surgery, General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Esophageal Surgery, Minimally Invasive General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Solid Organ Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Trauma. Dr. Boyarsky is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
