Our endocrine surgeons work in collaboration with nurses, pathologists, laboratory technicians, ultrasound and nuclear medicine technicians, operating room scrub technicians, and others to ensure the very best outcomes for our patients.
The nurses at RWJUH have received the prestigious Magnet Award from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) – the highest award a hospital can receive for outstanding achievement in patient care three times in a row. This award recognizes hospitals with high patient satisfaction scores, excellent nurse to patient ratios, low turnover in nursing positions, and excellent patient outcomes such as low infection rates low complication rates after surgery.
