With the exception of the Hyatt Regency and the Ramada Inn, patients and families may call the hotels directly. If you would like to make reservations at the Hyatt and Ramada Inn, you must identify yourself as a RWJUH patient or family member when making the reservation. You must also obtain a letter for the Hyatt and Ramada Inn hotels only, which states the name of the patient, the name the reservation was made in, and the signature of the patient representative. This letter can be obtained from the Patient Representative's office, Admitting, or the Chaplain's Office.
