"Throughout the process of my recovery at the EDU program at RWJUH in Somerset, I realized and learned many things I never thought I would. One of the most important being that my eating disorder had absolutely nothing to do with eating. I realized that my eating disorder was a negative coping skill I would use to deal with problems that I didn't necessarily want to deal with. Although it has been a very difficult process for me, I'm very grateful and blessed to say that I have come very far, thanks to my amazing support system and recovery team. What I learned has helped me to have a positive mindset that recovery is truly possible, for me and for anyone. "
