NJSP Hazardous Materials Hospital Operations Course
This course provides personnel who could be assigned to decontamination patients from a hazardous materials incident in the hospital setting the skills necessary to effectively plan for and manage a hazardous materials exposure by applying and implementing an all-hazards approach. The course places specific emphasis on the planning, safety, and decontamination processes.
The course focuses on the application of sound decontamination practices.
