1-on-1 Sports Specific Training: March 7th - April 1st 2016 (4 Week Program)
Sessions meet two times per week for four weeks

4:15pm - 5:15pm
6:15pm - 7:15pm

3:15pm - 4:15pm
5:15pm - 6:15pm

Enhance your performance with personal one on one sessions with our strength and conditioning specialists.

Program includes: Corrective, Dynamic, and Continuous Warm-up, Performance Exercise program based on athletes goals.

Program Details:

  • Sessions are filled on a first-come, first served basis..
  • Athletes can be dismissed from the program at any time for being habitually absent, disruptive or un-coachable.
  • No refunds are available and there will be no make-up sessions available.
  • All Payments due at time of first session, payment plans are available
