Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) sessions are a way to gently balance the flow of life energy through the body, using light touch with specific hands-on sequences.  JSJ supports your body, mind, and emotions/attitudes.  JSJ helps you rest, relax, and restore; letting go of stress, fatigue, and pain.  After your sessions, simple JSJ Self Help practices are offered if you want to learn ways to help yourself between sessions.  A monthly Self Help class is held on the third Thursday of each month.
