Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Please review the information below for application instructions and contact us to set up an interview appointment.
Due to the risks associated with the H1N1 virus we are currently not accepting volunteer applications from individuals under the age of 18. We will advise as soon as this restriction is lifted.

Our volunteers' service furthers these mission initiatives by giving of their time and talent to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

completion of an application
- Download Application Letter (PDF)
- Download Application Form (PDF)
- Download Physician Form (Required if born prior to 1956)
- completed reference letters
- copy of photo identification
- copy of immunization records or physician form
- screening interview
- specified medical clearance
- criminal background check (18 years or older)
Once your application is completed, 3 reference forms are filled out, and you have a copy of your immunization records (physician form if born prior to 1956) please call our office at (732) 937-8507 to schedule an interview. Please note, we request that all volunteers committ to at least 100 hours of service per year.
